Born in Thessaloniki, even as a child I have always loved sports. I graduated from the School of Physical Education and Sport Science in Thessaloniki, with a specialty in Indoor Training and with a MSc in human performance and health with a focus on special physical education. Later on, I completed the training in Pilates Mat & Pilates Reformer, exercise in pregnancy course, TRX, AERIAL YOGA, HIIT TRAINING. My contribution through the training programs that I carry out is for the athletes to improve their physical condition and to overcome (sometimes) their limits and fears. To leave the room with a smile and make exercise a way of life. I don’t do it on purpose, but sometimes I forget the break for water! With our Efi you will do Pilates mat & reformer, TRX, AERIAL YOGA.
