From a young age I found my great love in ballet and modern dance participating in performances. I was born in 1996 in Thessaloniki and I am a graduate of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. I am a certified Pilates Instructor (Mat – props – advanced -Equipment) and I regularly attend seminars in the field of health and Fitness.
